Diversified Chiropractic Technique
Are you struggling with backache? Is it an old sports injury or perhaps it’s just because you may not be as young as you once were? Or maybe you have a baby or young child who seems to be in discomfort but you can’t get to the root of the problem.
If any of that sounds familiar, your spine, joints and soft tissue will probably benefit from some gentle, specific and diversified chiropractic treatment.
What is Diversified Chiropractic Technique?
Chiropractic treatment involves manual treatment and gentle manipulation of the spine and musculoskeletal system. It alleviates pain and treats the cause of the problem, not just the effect.
Much in the same way that a mechanic has different tools to do different jobs, a Chiropractor that uses diversified techniques, uses different adjustment techniques to adapt to different patients. This also means using various adjustment instruments, as well massage and skeletal adjustment. The diversified technique is a full spine adjustment, as the body is treated as a whole.
One of the methods used is called the activator method. The activator is a Chiropractic tool that gently pulsates, and can make very gentle adjustments. This is particularly good for small children and the elderly. The advantage of the diversified technique, is that it can be adapted to treat a rugby player or a six-week old baby.
