Mindfulness Meditation

We live in such a frenetic and noisy world and it’s often difficult to find time for quiet reflection. Mindful practises help you to still your mind, tap into your inner resilience and build awareness of yourself, the thoughts that hinder you and the thoughts that encourage peace of mind and compassion. But Mindfulness can also help you with sleep issues and making healthier life choices, as well as with chronic pain or depression.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness has grown out of Buddhist traditions and other philosophies and religions and many people use it these days, for a variety of different reasons. There is scientific evidence now that we can change the way our brains work by focused attention, and Mindfulness is about developing your awareness. It is also a way of developing your attention and concentration skills, in a non-judgmental and compassionate way and it helps you manage your circumstances with greater confidence and ease.
