Quickly reducing your pain, while working towards long term solutions
Dwaine treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders including spinal, joint, ligamentous and tendon pain for all ages and physiques, including elite sports people. The first priority with any patient is to reduce their immediate pain and then work towards a long-term solution. Dwaine believes it is important for patients to understand their diagnosis, so they can address the reasons why the injury occurred. This might involve making small lifestyle changes or carrying out some rehab exercises to rebalance the body.
Combining treatments for powerful results
Dwaine has become an expert in a number of treatments including Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping and Shockwave Therapy. He has found that using a multi-disciplinary approach can often get much better results.
